Guests are advised to check with the airport, airline or your preferred travel agent for any changes to airport operations prior to travelling.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_message message_box_color=”turquoise”]Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) makes its best effort to update the information reflected in all\u00a0COVID-19 Information Hub<\/a>\u00a0pages regularly, however entry or exit requirements and other travel requirements may change at very short notice. We advise our guests to check the latest advisory issued by relevant governments or authorities and be well-informed on all the travel requirements before their trip. Please note it is our guests’ responsibility to ensure they meet the travel criteria and have all appropriate approvals and documents for travel.<\/strong>\u00a0Without this RB is not permitted to allow guests to travel in-line with international air transport regulations. RB shall not be held responsible for any guests being denied boarding for not meeting the travel requirements.[\/vc_message][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_toggle title=”Standard Operating Procedures at Brunei International Airport (BIA)” style=”arrow”]In reference to an Information Notice released by the Department of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Transport and Info-communications, the public and all passengers are to adhere to the rules, procedures and preventive measures at Brunei International Airport (BIA).<\/p>\n

  1. All members of the public are allowed to send individuals who will be travelling out of the country.<\/li>\n
  2. Family and passenger representatives\u00a0are\u00a0allowed to pick up passengers upon arrival.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Members of the public and all passengers are required to scan QR code using the <\/span>BruHealth<\/span> prior to entering the BIA. Purple BruHealth codes are not allowed to enter the premises.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Members of <\/span>public<\/span> and passengers are required to wear face masks at all times inside the premises and advised to practice physical distancing and personal hygiene at all times such as washing hands regularly or using hand sanitizer.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Restaurants, cafes and shops in the BIA Terminal Building are operating at full capacity.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Early check-in and baggage drop available from 7.00 am for RB evening departures on day of travel<\/li>\n
    • Airport check-in available 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time for RB morning flights<\/li>\n
    • Airport check-in closes from 45-60 minutes before scheduled departure time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
