You may refer to the table below or your ticket conditions for your entitled baggage allowance.\u00a0Due to health and safety regulations, a single piece of baggage may not weigh more than 32kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re travelling with family or friends on the same flight and booking, you can pool your total weight allowance.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I booked my ticket before 1 November 2019 and am traveling after 1 November 2019, will my baggage allowance be reduced inline with the new allowance?” style=”arrow”]No. If you have purchased your tickets before 1 November 2019, your checked baggage allowance remains unchanged at 30kg for Economy Class guests or 40kg for Business Class guests. However, if you have purchased your ticket on or after 1 November 2019, our new baggage allowance<\/a> will apply.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I purchased my ticket before 1 November 2019. Each piece should weigh no more than 7kg and the combined weight of both pieces should not exceed 12kg.<\/p>\n
