If there are no lounges available in that airport, the passenger will receive a lounge voucher which can be used within 12 months on any of their future trips.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How does it work?” style=”arrow”]When a passenger\u2019s flight is delayed for more than 90 minutes, they will automatically receive a <\/span>lounge voucher via<\/span> text or email from SmartDelay. All the passenger needs to do is to show the voucher at the specified lounge to access the lounge.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is the passenger\u2019s responsibility to ensure that they have access to their phone or email in order to receive an SMS or email from SmartDelay.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is the benefit of SmartDelay?” style=”arrow”]Passengers are given lounge access should there be a travel delay of more than 90 minutes.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How much does SmartDelay cost?” style=”arrow”]USD 1.89 for one-way and USD 3.65 for a return trip (per passenger), or equivalent to its local currency based on the current rate of exchange.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Who can purchase SmartDelay?” style=”arrow”]SmartDelay<\/span> is<\/span> available to all passengers except those<\/span> whose <\/span>travel originated from Brunei, Malaysia, <\/span>Singapore<\/span> and Australia.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do I purchase SmartDelay?” style=”arrow”]You can purchase SmartDelay when purchasing your ticket through www.flyRB.com<\/a> and up to 4 hours before departure through Manage my Booking.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”If I purchase my ticket through a travel agent, will I be able to purchase SmartDelay?” style=”arrow”]You can purchase SmartDelay up to 4 hours before departure through Manage my Booking.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I have purchased SmartDelay but I have now changed my mind. Can I cancel and get a refund?” style=”arrow”]SmartDelay is non-refundable and non-transferable.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”My flight has changed, what do I need to do to?” style=”arrow”]SmartDelay is non-transferable. If there is a change in the travel date, passengers are required to purchase a new one.<\/p>\n
